Greetings! I'm Sam Thongkham, and my hospitality journey has taken me from Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2015 to the stunning Four Seasons Resort in Hawaii. I'm an avid traveler, exploring 26 countries and partnering with over 100 global brands.

With a passion for the industry, I founded West Palm Agency. We specialize in content creation, social media management, and consulting for hospitality brands, helping them thrive in the digital age.
